22 April merupakan hari peringatan untuk Bumi yang diperingati secara Internasional. Hari Bumi dikenalkan oleh Gaylard Nelson di ahun 1970 seorang pengajar lingkungan hidup di Amerika Serikat. Peringatan ini dikoordinasikan secara Internasional oleh Earth Day Network lebih dari 100 negaraan 5.000 organisasi lingkungan. 




April 22 is a memorial day for the Earth that is celebrated internationally. Earth Day was introduced by Gaylard Nelson in 1970 as an environmental teacher in the United States. This commemoration is coordinated internationally by the Earth Day Network of more than 100 countries and 5,000 environmental organizations.

Di balik hari bumi ini memiliki cerita pahit. Kasus tumpahnya minyak di pesisir pantai California tahun 1969 menyebabkan senator Gaylard terus berkampanye tentang lingkungan hingga akhir hayatnya. 

Behind this earth day has a bitter story. The case of the oil spill on the coast of California in 1969 caused senator Gaylard to continue campaigning about the environment until the end of his life. 
Earth Dat Network mengkoordinasikan sebuah kampanye secara Internasional tentang kepunaan jutaan spesies hewan. Sorotan penuh dunia adalah lebah, jerapah, serangga, paus dam banyak lagi. 

Earth Dat Network coordinates an international campaign on the extinction of millions of animal species. The full spotlight of the world is bees, giraffes, insects, many more whales and dams.
